What is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy explores the relationship between cognitions (thoughts) and behaviors (actions). The main idea behind CBT is that our thoughts can influence how we feel and act, and vice-versa.

Together, we’ll identify negative or unhelpful thought patterns that prevent you from reaching your goals. From here, we can make lasting shifts to help you get unstuck.
